Annoyances

1. When people don't follow through on what they say - it's called commitment for a reason people!
2. When grown adults don't pickup after themselves or flush the toilets in public restrooms - esp in corporate environments.
3. When people don't pick up after their dogs - esp when it is within 6 feet of a pet waste station.
4. When perfectly capable people push the handicap button to open the door. (thanks for reminding me Rachael).
5. People who use poor grammar.
6. Automated telephone services - where you have to push buttons or speak to a computer on the phone - just hire people! or make fewer choices to get to a real person!
7. When people run stories into the ground by retelling them over and over. I've heard it already - thanks.
8. Thank goodness for DVR because those Bee Movie commercials on NBC are getting annoying. Not only are they annoying to begin with, but they are every day and every commercial break. Does the movie stink so bad that they are trying to hype it up so much? I am so glad I can fast forward through it!
9. (updated 09/12/2007) Why can't people obey traffic rules? For instance, when traffic is congested at an intersection, why must people be so impatient that they MUST make it through the red light even when the traffic on the other side of the light is backed up - leaving them sticking out in the intersection blocking traffic? Not only is it rude, it is illegal! Come on people. Also, if you see a sign that says lanes merge. Be considerate and please begin to merge when you see the sign. Don't rush up to the front of the line or the last second before your lane ends and expect people to let you in and be nice about it. You saw the same sign everyone else did.
10. (updated 06/11/08) If there are 2 lanes for an exit, one being an exit only and the other being an option exit, why do people feel the need to get in the exit only lane? You can exit from both! You dont have to merge into the exit only lane.

... and I am sure the list will grow. I am not trying to be negative, just honest. Perhaps these things will help you understand me better and maybe you wont do any of the things on this list.
